Well thanks for the clarification guys, now I'd really much like to express my disappointment in the judges this year, for ruling so ignorantly.

I asked all judges whether or not D Prison targets and they all say it doesn't. Before we jump to conclusions we'll assume they're right.

What angers me most is that I got such an evil stare when my opponent lost as a result of the oppression ruling. He asked if oppression could be used when Dandylion was attacked and destroyed, to which I replied no. A judge was called up (I won't name him) and he (after talking to the head judge) said Royal Oppression COULD be activated. I then reminded that judge that it was the damage step, to which he changed his mind and ruled that it couldn't. We continued the game based on that ruling (which I know for a fact is true). At the end of it my opponent lost as a result.

Bottomline: I think players need to have a say when it comes to controversial rulings.

Ugh... the judges (all 4 of them) ruled that Dprison doesn't target, Dandylion starts a new chain outside the damage step, and that Royal oppression can negate Dandylion at this time.

      WTF?

      Damage step rulings above ↑

      Dandylion:
When this card is sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 2 "Fluff Tokens" (Plant-Type/WIND/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position. These Tokens cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon during the turn they are Special Summoned.

      Royal Oppression:
Pay 800 Life Points to negate a Special Summon of a monster and/or the effect of a card that Special Summons a monster and destroy it. Both you and your opponent can use this effect as long as this card remains face-up on the field.

      1. Tell me, can royal oppression negate Mystic Tomato?
Obvs not. Can it negate Dandylion if it is attacked?

      2. Is it just one of those weird yugioh logics that says Dimensional Prison doesn't target (Same with DD Warrior Lady, they pretty much have the same effect) and also that Juju Master is continuous... =/

good shuffling is when, before resolving pot of avarice you clump your 5 monsters into the deck, they all get separated lol

bottomline: shuffle your opponent's deck thoroughly at every opportunity, not only that, but insist on putting the top X cards from the top to the bottom (Stick to a number, like 5 or 1)
