In future in all your auctions, state that you have the right to not sell the card to the winner of the auction, if the buyer has "extensive" negative feedback. That way if you get pricks like these, say you don't want to sell the card to him/her because they have negative feedback. If they argue that 2 negative feedbacks are not extensive, say that it is in your opinion, not theirs.
