What are the penalties for a spectator taking bets? Looking at the penalty guidelines it specifies "at a tournament". Since we are all sitting behind the safety of IP addresses, and are technically not participating, officiating or spectating (at this point anyway) does that exempt us from the coverage by the DCI rulings?

With the changes to combat rules I have a quick question: If I have a creature with a control magic enchantment on it. It enters combat and it blocks or is blocked and it is going to receive lethal damage. Is there any point where I can switch the enchantment to another creature (Aura Finesse, Enchantment Alteration etc) where that creature will still die and I will retain the enchantment on another creature? Or is the creature removed from combat as soon as I lose control of it?
