for EDH, what would they be, and why?
for me
SDT - slows games down, has a very powerful effect, and gets around 99% of artifact destruction, making it damn near impossible to remove. Doesn't add much to them game for the troubles it causes and slows players down considerably.
Kiki-jiki - While in a mono-red deck, I can see kikijiki just being some fun with extra attacking dudes, the stupidity of infinite combos that are so easy to assemble makes me think the format would be healthier if the card was banned.
Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale - adds little for the lot it does do, most of it is just an inconvinience.
Sorin Markov - 6 mana almost allows you to eliminate a player with no possible responses. Should get banned before Zendikar is released :p

If Sorin needs to be banned then Magister sphinx needs to be banned as well.
Being a creature it is able to be cloned, bribery'd, reanimated, body double'd
etc etc etc...
Sorin being a Planeswalker will make it harder to abuse. Keep the planeswalker
ban the creature.
SDT can stay, this format has no time limits.

UNBAN
Ancestral Recall - This is really not that overpowered in this format.
Library of Alexandria - Would like to see this unbanned just to see what it could do?

Maybe usage rather than banning for:
kiki-jiki (if you are doing something boring with it)
reveilark/body double/? (again with the boring infinite combo)
+4 birds of paradise!

So, Crypt of Agadeem, Cabal Coffers, Gaea's Cradle, Tolarian Academy and Serra's Sanctum as 3+ mana lands?
Cards I see as problems in some playgroups because of the temptation to use them as insta-wins in preference to just being silly with enormous monsters etc. These cards I don't necessarily advocate banning, but they can be really uninterestingly abused:
Tooth and Nail
Kiki-Jiki (unfortunately. I love the card. I've been waiting for someone to do Kiki-Jiki/Pestermite or Sky Hussar and attack everyone for millions when I have Batwing Brume in hand though)
Reveillark (also unfortunately, since there's tons of fun stuff you can do with this)
Felidar Sovereign
Hive Mind (I'm totally putting this in my Karona EDH, but most of the time I expect some dick will kill everyone with a pact in a startling burst of originality)
I don't see a problem with:
Nevyrrinal's Disk
Obliterate (There's a place in EDH for blowing everything up. It's cool!)
Sorin
Magister Sphinx
Karakas (give generals protection from it)
Worldgorger Dragon (is it really too easy to abuse? And is that abuse too difficult to stop with counters, etc? I'd play it myself as a 7/7 trampling flyer with a hideous drawback!)

that card isnt bad in edh, all u have to do is run 1 over powered card that cost 3 and the rest all 4 drops. Then u get to tutor for it AND get a guy! how good is that?

Lion's eye Diamond ( what brokenness can you really achieve?)
Kokusho (was only ever busted with recurring nightmare. counterspell/swords stops this guy)

Survival of the fittest (I am not fully agreeing with myself on this. How busted is it? to me it is a reveillark tutor or genesis/squee tutor... can be combolicious or very fun)

UNBAN all the cards. Play the game for fun and try and build decks that are uberpowerful.
BAN: all the crybabies that say "this game is for fun that card is too powerful," or "you guys picked on me and king-maked that other dude," or anyone who rage quits, or anyone who whines that much it stops other people wanting to play the game in the first place.
Just my 2c.
Hangin' around, nothin' to do but frown rainy days and mondays always get me down...
