I control face-up GK descendant. I have soul exchange in my hand. I want to play soul exchange, tribute an opponents monster for the effect of Descendant and then destroy another card with descendants effect.
I can only do this if A) I control another GK monster B) I control another GK monster and the opponents monster I am tributing is also a GK monster C) The opponents monster I am tributing is a GK monster, and I control no other monsters D) I don't need to control any other monster and it doesn't matter what the opponents monster I am tributing is E) This doesnt work
which of the 5 options work? (It can be more than one, I guess) I'm guessing that only B and C work but I just wanted to check
Soul Exchange Select 1 monster your opponent controls. This turn you can Tribute that monster as if you controlled it. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this card.
Gravekeeper's Descendant: You can Tribute 1 face-up "Gravekeeper's" monster you control, except this card, to destroy 1 card your opponent controls.

Interesting.
I looked up Soul Exchange and it reads differently to yours "Select 1 monster your opponent controls. This turn, if you would Tribute a monster you control, Tribute the selected monster instead. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn that you activate this card."
By this text I believe you can Soul Exchange and tribute a non Gravekeeper so long as you have a GK face up other than Descendant. I mean, it specifies that if you would tribute a monster you control (a GK Spy and legal tribute) you may tribute the selected monster instead (ie. whatever you targeted).
Soul Exchange makes no mention as to whether this targeted card has to be a legal target for the tribute in question?
By the text on your Soul Exchange it seems as though this is not possible - unless it was a GK.
Well that's my two cents...now we need a judge
We know, Girls = Money x Time
We also know that Time is Money.
Thus, Girls = Money x Money = (Money)^2
We also know that Money is the root of evil. i.e. Money = root(Evil).
And therefore, (Money)^2 = Evil = Girls.
